Users of solutionsqualificationsbachelor's degree requiredat least 2 years financial services industry experience and 2 years of business analyst experience in a matrixed global environmentexperience in ms office suite including ms project, server, sharepoint and visioability to analyze project data, metrics and financials, making data-driven analytical ence in business modeling, requirements writing, requirements management, business process analysis and applied testingpossess a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to partner with the business and guide development to conceptualize, design and deliver innovative solutionsexperience/understanding of business process re-engineering and business modeling conceptsanalytical and writing skills, to include experience in writing functional specificationsknowledge of and experience with activities, tasks, tools and techniques for designing and evaluating business acceptance tests for end to end operational processes and end-users of solutionsknowledge of and experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential solutionsability to implement the strategies and techniques used to ensure that customer needs are addressed in solution design that result in a positive experience with the organization and its products and services at every touch pointknowledge of and experience with tools, techniques and processes for data gathering and reporting on data in a particular department or division of a ence with and understanding of development processes and project methodologies, (e.
